Can you keep my job search quiet? I don't want my current employer to find out.
Yes, absolutely. Our recruiters understand your need for confidentiality. You’re the best for a reason. If you let us know you’re looking for a quiet search, we’re happy to oblige. We can call you outside of working hours and communicate through your personal email address.
Do I have to pay for this?
No. We are paid by employers once we fill a role, but you don’t have to worry about that either, we do all the negotiations on our end. Our services to and for you are free of charge.
We do offer paid career services, such as resume help, cover letter writing, and even LinkedIn profile updates. These are completely separate services and will not affect your ability to work with a recruiter or find a new job.
Do you represent a specific company?
No. We are a third-party recruiting firm that does not represent a specific company. While we do work with a list of organizations to fill predefined roles, we also go out to find (or create) openings unique to your experience and desired benefits. Once we learn about your skills and requirements, we’ll go out and find that dream job for you. You deserve the best, and we want to help you find it.
How long will it take to find me a (new) job?
Depends. Every company’s process is a little bit different. We will work with you though to get you placed as quickly as we can.
