Commercial construction is the business of building and selling or leasing manufacturing or assembly plants, medical centers, retail shopping centers and standard space for offices. The business varies primarily in the size and scale of the operations. We work predominantly with commercial construction and specialty construction companies filling senior level management and C-Suite job openings. Other functions include Controllers, Estimators, Contractors, etc.

Fluid Power

Fluid power is the use of fluids under pressure to generate, control and transmit power. Fluid power can be liquid-driven by mineral oil, water or similar (hydraulics) or air-driven (pneumatics). We most often work to fill sales openings for fluid power components such as hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pumps, motors, hoses, pneumatic valves, etc.

Power transmission is the movement of energy from its place of generation to a location where it is applied to perform useful work. Power transmission equipment drives other pieces of machinery, such as conveyors in mining or a corn silo. We are experts in the Sales domain with a focus on components: couplings that tie in one piece of rotating equipment with another such as gearing, gearboxes, drives, spherical ball bearings, engineered chain, conveyor belts, compressors (turbomachinery) and more.

Industrial Automation

Industrial automation is the use of control systems, such as computers or robots, and information technologies for handling different processes and machinery. It is the second step beyond mechanization in the scope of industrialization. We work with Sales Engineers, Applications Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Electrical Engineers, as well as Account Managers, Sales Managers, Business Development Managers and other similar job functions.

MEP

Modern technologies for building require a great deal of energy, water and sophisticated, secure methods for delivery. Large buildings require substantial ventilation, environment controls and safety precautions for their larger populations and greater distances to exits. MEP is made up of three components: mechanical, electrical and plumbing. In each of these disciplines, we place Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers.
