No. Our recruiting fees are paid by the hiring company, never by the candidate. There is no cost to you to be represented, interviewed, prepped, or placed.
Yes. Confidential searches are standard for us. We use personal email, off-hours calls, and never circulate a resume without your explicit approval for each specific company.

Contingency means we're paid only on a successful hire, which is the lowest risk to you. Retained means we're paid in installments for a fully prioritized, dedicated search, typically for senior or critical roles. Container is a hybrid: a smaller upfront deposit unlocks retained-level priority, and the deposit transfers forward if you place someone yourself.
Most placements happen within 17 to 22 days from kickoff, depending on the seniority of the role, the depth of the talent pool, and how quickly the interview process moves on the employer side.
